...from airplanes attacking a city by invisible rays. i am convinced the Germans possess the ray.the German Government has an invention of death rays that will bring down airplanes, halt tanks on the battlefields, ruin automobile motors, and spread like a curtain of smoke. My invention requires a large power plant, but once it is built it will be possible to destroy anything, man or machine, approaching.destroy the destructors ability to destroy....this is not a dream.
